Veterinary Sales Representative

About the role

Join Royal Canin, the veterinary nutrition arm of Mars, to help advance pet health through tailored diets. You will work in the Mornington/Peninsula‑Bayside area, building relationships with veterinary clinics and driving the adoption of therapeutic pet foods.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth in the Mornington/Peninsula‑Bayside areas by identifying opportunities and expanding distribution of Royal Canin veterinary diets.
• Develop strong relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision‑makers, becoming a trusted nutrition advocate.
• Support clinics in recommending Royal Canin as their primary therapeutic diet through education, insight, and excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and cross‑functional partners to share insights and deliver customer value.
• Attend industry trade shows, company meetings and events representing Royal Canin professionally.
• Manage activity reports, expenses and ad‑hoc requests as part of territory planning and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Cert 4 or Diploma (or higher) with B2B product sales experience.
• Experience in veterinary, pet health or a science‑based field such as pharma is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
