Senior Architect – Large Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead high‑end, large‑scale residential and commercial projects within a highly awarded Sydney design studio. You will own projects from design development through construction, mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with clients, consultants and builders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale projects (multi‑residential & commercial) through design, documentation and delivery.
• Manage consultant coordination and client communication.
• Produce and oversee detailed documentation using Revit.
• Resolve complex detailing and construction challenges.
• Mentor graduates and intermediate staff.
• Apply strong knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, ADG and council requirements.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• Strong background delivering large‑scale projects.
• 10+ years post‑graduate experience preferred.
• Intermediate Revit capability.
• NSW registration preferred (unregistered senior candidates also considered).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating detailed residential work.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Required skills

• Revit (intermediate proficiency).
