Senior Designer

About the role

Activation Union is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of high‑impact retail, experiential, BTL and digital experiences for premium brands. You will work closely with the Design Director and cross‑functional teams to turn strategic briefs into compelling, production‑ready designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through to final execution across retail, experiential, BTL and digital projects.
• Ensure all deliverables are on‑brand, strategically aligned and meet high visual standards.
• Contribute to creative ideation and translate briefs into clear design solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid‑weight designers, fostering collaboration and skill growth.
• Manage project timelines, organise files and guarantee production‑ready artwork.
• Help improve team workflows, processes and creative standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail, experiential, campaign and digital design work.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of print production.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with motion design, AI tools or 3D workflows is a plus.
