Senior Designer – Contract (Sydney)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Senior Designer to join our in‑house creative studio for a contract position based in Sydney CBD. The role runs until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension, and offers a hybrid work model after an initial remote onboarding week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print, digital, and large‑format campaign assets.
• Prepare production‑ready files and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team on live briefs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and optimise a brand guidelines platform (e.g., Corebook) during downtime.
• Contribute to the structure and logic of brand documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience across print, digital, branding and large‑format design.
• Strong eye for detail and production quality.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Proactive, self‑directed with a calm, professional approach.
• High can‑do attitude and intuition for client and team needs.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with web‑based brand guidelines platforms such as Corebook.
