Senior Designer (Hybrid, Darlinghurst)

About the role

Bullet is seeking a Senior Designer for a full‑time hybrid position based in our Darlinghurst studio. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Client Partners to shape brand, campaign, environment and digital projects from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive creative projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Manage the full breadth of design output, blending strategic brand work with campaign creation and rollout across print and digital.
• Partner with the Creative Director to translate ideas into strategic creative solutions across multiple formats.
• Champion fresh thinking and uphold creative excellence as a senior member of the design team.
• Explore AI tools to expand creative possibilities.
• Apply motion and animation knowledge to ensure static designs translate effectively to digital formats.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to deliver impactful outcomes on time and on brief.
• Work with a trusted network of photographers, filmmakers, animators and illustrators to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a creative studio or agency.
• A refined portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work.
• Strong conceptual thinker who values purpose over superficiality.
• Excellent technical design skills with solid knowledge of digital and print production.
• Good organisational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Passion for brand storytelling and curiosity about audiences, demographics and current design trends.
• Fit for a collaborative, ambitious environment.
