Sales Manager – Foodservice & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Foodservice & Hospitality sales in Western Australia, based in our Perth office. This newly created position reports to the GM, Foodservice and will drive growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share across Foodservice channels such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, gaming venues, universities and key accounts.
• Motivate and influence the sales team to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts while maintaining high service levels.
• Secure new key accounts and develop strategic business targets within WA.
• Maintain company image and standards across all product categories.
• Conduct yearly and half‑yearly business reviews with all key accounts and undertake quarterly travel to regional areas.

Required profile

• Extensive key‑account and sales‑management experience in the Foodservice/F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of Foodservice channels – cafes, hotels, clubs, institutions and multi‑site operators.
• Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams, preferably in FMCG.
• Successful track record in winning and maintaining high‑profile, high‑volume accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives.
