Home Owner Enquiries Consultant

About the role

The Home Owner Enquiries Consultant supports customers and prospects across inbound, outbound and digital home‑lending channels. You will create a strong first impression of ANZ by conducting needs‑based conversations, uncovering loan opportunities and guiding customers to the appropriate next step.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound home‑lending enquiries by phone, live chat and messaging in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to understand customers' goals, timelines and financial situations.
• Identify new home‑loan opportunities and connect customers with the appropriate lender or channel.
• Treat every lead as an opportunity to deepen the relationship with ANZ.
• Support digital enquiries, providing clear and helpful responses.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all channels.
• Meet balanced‑scorecard targets for customer experience, financial performance, risk compliance, productivity and team culture.
