About the role
Join the culinary team at Maison Bâtard and work alongside talented chefs in a high‑end, French‑inspired kitchen. You will collaborate closely with senior chefs to maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency within your section, while developing your skills in a dynamic and prestigious environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes to the exacting standards of Maison Bâtard.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across your designated station.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage time effectively during peak service periods.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high‑end à la carte restaurant.
- Experience with French cuisine is advantageous.
- Strong culinary skills, eye for detail, and passion for quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while staying composed under pressure.
- Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Availability for rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
Required skills

- Food safety standards.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
