About the role
As an Assistant Manager – ALLRes you will partner with the Operations Manager to lead a team of reservation consultants, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving Accor bookings through high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the team in delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email, exceeding guest expectations.
- Provide continuous support, leadership and mentorship to reservation consultants to foster growth and excellence.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints with effective problem‑solving techniques.
- Identify operational efficiencies and actively contribute to transformation projects and change initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a hotel, customer‑service or contact‑centre environment.
- Previous supervisory experience or a strong desire to lead a team.
- Ability to handle pressure, solve problems and adapt flexibly.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Sihot, Opera Cloud or Cisco is advantageous.
- Schedule with no overnight shifts; weeknights end by 6 PM and weekend rotation is required.
