About the role
Stowe Australia is looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join its Perth team, providing high‑level administrative support across the Construction Division and Branch Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process payroll and timesheets.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Manage supplier inbox and process supplier invoices.
- Update and reconcile project spreadsheets.
- Mobilise and onboard new employees.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑level administrative or executive support roles, preferably within a complex organisation.
- Excellent organisational abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication, confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, self‑directed, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take responsibility as a team player.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Advanced spreadsheet handling.
- Experience with databases, email and online collaboration tools.
