About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the face of our Moora office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a high standard of front‑of‑house service while supporting the team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and professionally transfer all incoming phone calls.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and email phone messages promptly.
- Greet visitors, issue visitor passes and ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and coordinate catering orders.
- Organise couriers, sort incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and document list updates.
- Adhere to firm policies, procedures and health‑and‑safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Completion of Year 12 (essential).
- Certificate in Business Administration (desirable).
- 6‑12 months experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
