About the role
Join a high‑performing fintech team focused on international payments and foreign exchange across APAC. You will be coached daily to build your own client book and control your earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline building to closing deals.
- Engage C‑suite decision‑makers of SMBs ($10m‑$250m turnover) in commercial conversations.
- Identify client pain points and deliver tailored risk‑management solutions.
- Collaborate with strategists and analysts to develop and present solutions.
Required profile
- Ambition, drive and high emotional intelligence.
- Strong phone communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Competitive spirit and resilience in outbound sales.
What we offer
- Starting salary $82,500 AUD with OTE $110,000‑$130,000 AUD in year 1.
