Senior Sales Manager – Accounting Software (Australia)

About the role
ZatoZato is building the category‑defining platform for accounting firms across ANZ. We are looking for experienced Senior Sales Managers to own the full sales cycle, generate their own pipeline, and close deals with accounting firms in Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to signed agreement and handover to implementation.
- Prospect directly into accounting firms across Australia using your network and targeted outbound activity.
- Deliver compelling product demos to partners, directors and firm owners, handling objections confidently.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline with clear visibility on conversion at each stage.
- Contribute to the development of the ANZ sales playbook and commercial rhythm as the function scales.
- Represent ZatoZato at industry events, Xero events and accounting sector forums.
- Provide market intelligence feedback to the leadership team.
Required profile
- Background in accounting, an accounting‑software vendor, or a commercial role selling to accounting‑firm partners and directors.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in sales, account management or business development with a proven track record.
- Existing network across the Australian accounting sector that can be activated immediately.
- Ability to run demos, handle technical objections and close deals independently.
- High agency, accountability, low ego and a strong hunger for self‑generated opportunities.
