B2B Sales Accounts Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic B2B Sales Accounts Assistant to support our rapidly growing beauty distribution business. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client administration, billing, and sales support, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client records in CRM, track contract renewals and update the sales pipeline.
• Process purchase orders, generate invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable and resolve billing issues.
• Respond to client inquiries, assist new business clients with onboarding and product setup.
• Support business development by researching prospects, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals and gathering data for sales closures.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance, accounting, marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent prioritisation, organisation and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience; sales experience in a commercial environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• High computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
