Senior Account Executive – Inbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Account Executive to join Defiant Digital, a fast‑growing performance agency in Sydney. The role focuses on converting high‑quality inbound leads into long‑term client partnerships for DTC and eCommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads into signed agency engagements.
• Develop tailored proposals and commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and strategy conversations with founders, CMOs and growth leaders.
• Present solutions confidently to executive teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Contribute to the agency’s overall growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of closing experience in a digital agency or performance‑marketing firm.
• Proven track record of securing large‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing services.
• Ability to build proposals independently and present to senior executives.
• Self‑directed, numbers‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
