About the role
MECCA is launching a flagship store in Townsville and is looking for enthusiastic leaders to join the in‑store management team. You will work alongside Hosts and Specialists to deliver the brand’s signature beauty experience and drive store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and engage your team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Mentor staff, provide feedback and support professional development.
- Collaborate with State and Regional managers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and back‑of‑house processes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail team management experience (2 years for Store Manager role).
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive sales outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organisational and coaching abilities.
