About the role
RSM Australia is looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at its Bunbury office. This full‑time, on‑site role combines front‑desk duties with behind‑the‑scenes support to keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Prepare and manage pre‑booked meeting rooms, including any food and beverage requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms, reception area, and kitchen spaces.
- Handle daily errands such as banking, post office runs, and other ad‑hoc tasks.
- Receive and unpack deliveries of stationery, kitchen supplies, and other office items.
- Maintain accurate bookings for meeting rooms and related resources.
Required profile
- At least 12 months experience in a similar reception or administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, team‑oriented and dependable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
