About the role
Join a leading steel manufacturer as a Customer Service Representative focused on data entry. You will support daily operations by processing orders, handling documentation and providing high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
- Maintain data integrity by performing routine data‑entry and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage documentation, quotations, invoices and related reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support quoting, invoicing and reporting activities.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent computer proficiency and familiarity with customer‑relationship‑management (CRM) software.
