About the role
The Receptionist is the front‑facing face of Corroboree Group, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors, clients and callers. The role coordinates daily office activities, supports staff and ensures the workplace remains organised, presentable and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and enquiries, delivering a professional and culturally respectful experience.
- Manage reception operations, including greeting visitors, handling arrivals and maintaining a tidy front‑of‑house environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries, providing accurate information and directing matters appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and room bookings; prepare meeting spaces and provide documentation or minute‑taking support as required.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members, including record‑keeping, data entry and filing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services, and maintain office supplies and consumables.
- Ensure shared office areas are clean, organised and well‑maintained; report maintenance or facility issues.
- Oversee visitor sign‑in, safety and security procedures and support compliance with company policies.
- Assist with events, community engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year.
