About the role

The Receptionist is the front‑facing face of Corroboree Group, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for visitors, clients and callers. The role coordinates daily office activities, supports staff and ensures the workplace remains organised, presentable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and enquiries, delivering a professional and culturally respectful experience.
  • Manage reception operations, including greeting visitors, handling arrivals and maintaining a tidy front‑of‑house environment.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries, providing accurate information and directing matters appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and room bookings; prepare meeting spaces and provide documentation or minute‑taking support as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members, including record‑keeping, data entry and filing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services, and maintain office supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure shared office areas are clean, organised and well‑maintained; report maintenance or facility issues.
  • Oversee visitor sign‑in, safety and security procedures and support compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with events, community engagement and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year.

  • Strong initiative and sound judgement, able to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
