Senior Consultant

About the role

Argon & Co is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its global operations strategy practice. You will work directly with clients on transformation projects, reporting to senior partners and contributing to high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client strategy, operational challenges and business objectives.
• Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design practical, tailored solutions and support their implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build core consulting capabilities such as problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience (consulting experience is a plus).
• University degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine desire to learn, share knowledge and grow within a consulting environment.
