About the role
Join Aurecon’s Water Utilities team in Southeast Queensland as a Project Administrator. You will support project delivery that strengthens communities and contributes to a sustainable future.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and manage project correspondence.
- Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
