About the role
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Perth office and support a modern, people‑centred HR approach. This is a true generalist position, balancing day‑to‑day responsibilities with exciting project work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on, end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach and guide managers and employees with practical, people‑focused advice.
- Participate in HR projects that simplify processes and improve employee experience.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the WA‑based team and collaborate with national colleagues.
- Maintain the HRIS (ELMO), documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Solid experience as an HR Advisor covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Professional, adaptable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
- People‑first mindset with the ability to influence in an evolving environment.
Required skills
- ELMO HRIS (or similar HR information system) experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
