About the role
Monford Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Perth Head Office. The role provides accurate, timely HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality HR advice and support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for office and project‑based positions.
- Maintain employee documentation on Sharepoint or Viewpoint in line with procedural requirements.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for the Chief of People.
- Update and manage HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for HR services.
- Draft employment documentation such as offer letters and position descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with Monford’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and relevant legislation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of experience in an HR advisory or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, licences, competency verification, visa compliance and enterprise agreements.
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Equal Opportunity legislation and relevant awards.
- Recent experience in a civil, engineering or construction environment in Australia is highly desirable.
