HR Consultant – People Team (Hybrid, 12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

As a People Team Consultant at EY, you will provide high‑quality HR transactional support and human‑centred advice across the business. Working in a hybrid model for a 12‑month fixed‑term, you will act as a bridge between employees and specialist Talent teams, helping to ensure consistent and compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR transactions such as leave, promotions, and employment changes while maintaining data integrity in SuccessFactors.
• Deliver clear, responsive HR advice to employees and managers, supporting policy interpretation and employee experience.
• Collaborate with Talent, payroll, mobility, and other business functions to ensure seamless HR operations and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Proven administrative experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proactive, client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HRIS) proficiency.
