About the role
Casa Blanco is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Manager to lead the client experience across every stage of the customer journey. This role combines front‑line service with operational coordination to ensure a seamless, luxury‑standard experience for residential, trade and commercial clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat and showroom interactions.
- Manage customer orders from purchase through delivery and after‑sales support, providing proactive updates on lead times and scheduling.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a luxury service standard.
- Coordinate daily order processing, liaising with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Support operational improvements that enhance the customer journey and internal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems and assist with workflow optimisation.
- Help establish and refine customer service procedures, working closely with sales and leadership teams.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations or operations coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and calm approach to handling escalated issues.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM or order‑management systems (preferred).
