About the role

Join Mastercard’s 2027 Summer Internship Program in Sydney as a Customer and Product Delivery Intern. You will work closely with product and technology teams to support customers, ensure compliance, and contribute to data‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal delivery, product, and technology teams.
• Create presentation materials, analytics, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to Mastercard standards.
• Perform project‑management tasks: document processes, develop timelines, and manage compliance cases.
• Communicate program rules and best practices to customers and internal contacts.
• Research basic problem requests and respond to product‑related inquiries.
• Analyse data from technology account management projects and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, investigative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating data insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with solid project‑management experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
