Technology Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Experience Specialist to join our Sydney team. This hands‑on, people‑focused role will be the face of IT support in the office, helping employees get the most out of their technology and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, customer‑focused IT support to on‑site and remote staff.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and collaboration tools in a hybrid working environment.
• Assist with technology setup, onboarding and day‑to‑day technical issues across the Sydney office and NSW/ACT region.
• Support Microsoft Teams meetings, hybrid events, video‑conferencing systems and meeting‑room technology.
• Manage IT assets, tracking and maintaining laptops, phones and other end‑user equipment.
• Build strong relationships across the business, including senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global technology teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Maintain a visible, approachable and solutions‑focused technology presence in the office.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support.
• Strong people and communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage issues confidently.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Zscaler.
• Quick learner in a fast‑moving, complex environment.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services setting is desirable.
• Relevant IT qualifications or practical experience; ITIL certification beneficial but not essential.
• Office‑based role, five days a week, with occasional travel to Newcastle and Canberra.
