Manager, Product Management – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization is seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead the Cybersecurity product suite across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. You will act as the product owner and subject‑matter expert, shaping strategy, launching new solutions and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Cybersecurity portfolio in the ANZ region.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to pricing and market launch.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify enhancements and new product opportunities.
• Develop business cases, commercialisation plans and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Provide thought‑leadership on cyber trends, best practices and emerging threats.
• Communicate product value propositions to issuers, merchants, acquirers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within cybersecurity or financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact and meeting objectives.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a cross‑functional environment.
