Construction Litigation Lawyer (1-3 years PAE)

About the role

Lamont Project & Construction Lawyers is expanding its construction litigation practice and is looking for a motivated lawyer with 1 to 3 years post‑admission experience. The successful candidate will work closely with an ex‑top tier partner, providing support on a range of construction dispute matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, simple pleadings, and briefs for counsel.
• Prepare advisory documents for clients on construction‑related issues.
• Assist in the management of litigation matters, including case preparation and filing.
• Support senior lawyers on larger, complex disputes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years post‑admission experience (PAE) in construction or litigation law.
• Strong attention to detail and high motivation.
• Ability to work closely with senior partners and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Security of Payment legislation is a plus, but not mandatory.
