About the role

ANZ is looking for a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Taree branch. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial needs through transactions, advisory conversations and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and needs‑based advice.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and promote their adoption.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
  • Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
  • Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of customers from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, branch procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Exceptional customer focus, especially in a retail banking environment.
  • Ability to conduct in‑depth, needs‑based conversations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and accreditation requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and acting as a brand ambassador.
