Accounts Payable Officer – Finance Team

About the role

Join a fast‑paced finance team in Sydney CBD as an Accounts Payable Officer. You will work directly with senior finance leaders, handling high‑volume invoice processing and gaining exposure to broader financial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end Accounts Payable processing.
• High‑volume invoice handling and supplier payments.
• Processing international supplier invoices and foreign‑currency payments.
• Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution.
• Maintaining accurate vendor records.
• Assisting with month‑end Accounts Payable activities.
• Supporting the wider finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Previous end‑to‑end Accounts Payable experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted partner visa.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (AP21 preferred).
