About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager overseeing stores in Sydney’s CBD. You will support the leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
- Lead from the front, drive success through strong communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate your team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience leading large retail teams.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
