Yardhand – Service Support Role

About the role

This is a hands‑on, full‑time Yardhand position supporting Crown Equipment's Service department in Adelaide. The role offers a pathway to a Service Technician career and provides exposure to technical equipment and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, handle, store and dispatch capital equipment, batteries and chargers.
• Assist technicians and field service teams with parts, batteries and chargers.
• Unload and load containers and transport deliveries safely and accurately.
• Assemble, pack and dispatch internal and external orders.
• Maintain clear stock identification, storage areas and walkways, and support regular stocktakes.
• Keep the yard, warehouse and workshop clean, safe and professionally presented.

• Ability to work safely in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in machinery, equipment, trades or technical career pathways.
