About the role
The Workroom Supervisor will lead the Workroom team in Melbourne, ensuring efficient delivery of critical office services such as document production, court filing, meeting room preparation, and facilities support.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day Workroom operations and coordinate workflows across document production, mail, courier, and office relocations.
- Support facilities management activities, manage deliveries, set up meeting and event spaces, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Provide high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuity and operational effectiveness.
Required profile
- Experienced office services professional, preferably from a professional services environment.
- Customer‑focused with strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the role and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Practical problem‑solving and attention to detail.
