Workplace Operations Specialist

About the role

The Workplace Operations Specialist ensures smooth daily office operations, provides top‑tier customer service, and supports employee experience at Ripple’s office. This full‑time, on‑site role requires independent problem‑solving and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk, guest services, mailroom, food programs, deliveries, décor, events and supply ordering.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment, conduct daily walkthroughs, and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
• Partner with People, Global Workplace, Security, IT/AV and Communications teams to execute onboarding, meetings, and office events.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensure service level agreements are met, and handle invoice processing for manager approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of facilities or workplace operations experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently with a remote manager.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Experience using Slack and Jira.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lb (13.6–18.1 kg) safely.
