Casual Facilities Manager

About the role

JLL’s FM on Demand team is building a casual resourcing pool of Facilities Managers to provide flexible, on‑site support across a variety of corporate client sites in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑site representative, managing facilities operations and client relationships.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, coordinate reactive works and supervise third‑party contractors.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, standard operating procedures and lease obligations.
• Support financial administration by tracking budgets, managing invoices and preparing reports.
• Conduct property inspections and generate professional inspection reports.
• Utilise facility management systems such as Corrigo for accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Five or more years of experience in facilities management or commercial property operations.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously across diverse client environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management, property or a technical trade are preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with computer‑aided facility management (CAFM) systems, preferably Corrigo.
• Proven track record in managing contractors, preventative maintenance and site safety compliance.
