Senior Analyst - Debt Advisory

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Debt Advisory team in Sydney. You will work closely with Executive Directors and Co‑Heads on complex real‑estate finance transactions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and financial modelling for debt‑related transactions, including sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Assist in due‑diligence, client interactions and deal execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet transaction timelines.
• Conduct market research, prepare reports and presentations, and stay updated on economic indicators affecting real‑estate finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Previous experience in real‑estate finance, banking or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and valuation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
