Workplace Lead ANZ

About the role

JLL is recruiting a Workplace Lead for its ANZ region, based on-site in Sydney. The role covers end-to-end occupant and guest experience within the assigned portfolio, acting as the single point of contact for the Global Real Estate client team on workplace matters at country level and supporting account initiatives. It is responsible for delivering a human-centred, engagement-focused workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop the workplace team, bringing in new talent, providing training and growth opportunities, and introducing digital platforms so the team can work from the occupant floors
• Manage client relationships, meet or exceed KPIs and deliver high-quality service
• Lead staff management, including performance assessments, resourcing, succession planning and resolving complaints
• Ensure operational delivery across the country, including site inspections, work orders, SLA/KPI scores and data integrity
• Manage vendors and procurement, including tender documentation, contract negotiation and the vendor contract database
• Handle out-of-hours issues, emergency response, churn and minor project work, and run change control and incident reporting
• Support regional initiatives, system roll-outs and training, and report on service delivery

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years in the facility management or hospitality industry
• People management experience and ability to build an inclusive team culture
• Sound knowledge of critical MEP facilities and close collaboration with site engineering
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or a related field is an added benefit, not required
