Site Transition and Security Assets Specialist

About the role

JLL Work Dynamics is seeking a Site Transition and Security Assets Specialist for its Client Account team, supporting one of Australia's leading corporate property portfolios. Working in a hybrid embedded JLL/Client environment, you will ensure new sites are integrated, vacated sites are decommissioned and security assets stay compliant and operational. The role reports to the JLL Asset Manager and works with Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management and Project Delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead property onboarding and offboarding, manage transition workflows and coordinate property managers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensure documentation, asset records, contracts and data are accurate and kept in relevant systems
• Coordinate utility services (electricity, gas, water) and set up maintenance, cleaning, waste and security systems before occupation
• Drive operational readiness and manage orderly site decommissioning, including service disconnections and vendor exits
• Manage utility accounts and vendor relationships, resolving service issues and account discrepancies
• Maintain security asset records in Corrigo, run preventative maintenance for access control, CCTV, alarms and intrusion detection, and coordinate security vendors

Required profile

• Minimum three years' experience in facilities and asset management, vendor management, site mobilisation or a related field; property operations and building services experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience managing service providers, contractors and vendor relationships
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Ideal backgrounds include facilities management, asset management, property operations, workplace services, building services, engineering support and security systems coordination

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS platforms; Corrigo experience highly desirable
• Understanding of utility connection and disconnection processes
• Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel with data analysis, formulas and PivotTables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
