Senior Concierge - Luxury Apartment Complex

About the role

A new luxury apartment complex in Fitzroy, Melbourne, is looking for a Senior Concierge with residential experience on a part-time basis. The role is the face and voice of the community, delivering a five-star experience to residents and guests. It is a part-time permanent position of approximately 15 hours per week, with 4pm to 7pm weekday shifts and 9am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday shifts, based in Fitzroy with occasional work in Flemington.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, welcoming residents, guests and visitors.
• Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, including move-ins, amenity bookings, deliveries, mail and general requests.
• Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage resident requests efficiently, escalating issues where required.
• Maintain building records, reports and resident documentation.
• Liaise with the Owners Corporation, contractors and service providers.
• Monitor building access, security and report maintenance issues.
• Manage building management systems and resident platforms.
• Perform Fire Warden duties and support emergency procedures.
• Assist the Senior Facilities Manager with daily building operations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience through proactive service and resident engagement.
