Workplace Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Assistant to help deliver a high‑performing office environment in our Sydney location. You will be the central point for day‑to‑day workplace services, ensuring the office runs smoothly, safely and presents a professional front for staff, clients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming front‑of‑house experience for staff, clients and visitors.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering and AV support.
• Manage workplace requests, service‑desk tasks and office supply procurement.
• Support facilities activities such as maintenance coordination, contractor access and workplace inspections.
• Assist with finance administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Handle security and access control for staff and visitors.
• Participate in health, safety and compliance activities, including audits and emergency preparedness.
• Identify and propose improvements to workplace services.

Required profile

• Experience in a workplace, facilities, hospitality or office coordination role.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and collaborative mindset.
