About the role
WSP is looking for a Workplace Assistant to be the welcoming face of its Canberra office. You will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls and emails.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as cost recovery, inductions, visitor management, reporting, courier bookings and catering.
- Provide technical and AV support for client‑facing spaces.
- Maintain office operations including invoices, security systems and general facilities upkeep.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a corporate reception or administrative role.
- Calm under pressure, polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Team‑player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
