Workplace Ambassador (Casual)

About the role

JLL's FM on Demand team is seeking enthusiastic, client‑focused Workplace Ambassadors for a casual resourcing pool across Australia. You will be the face of the workplace at various corporate sites, providing front‑of‑house support, visitor management and facility coordination on an as‑needed basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional front‑of‑house and reception experience.
• Manage visitor arrivals, building access and meeting‑room coordination.
• Respond to workplace requests and employee enquiries.
• Support facilities and amenity services across the floor.
• Coordinate catering, events and ad‑hoc workplace needs.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate reception, front‑of‑house, hospitality or customer service.
• Polished, professional presentation and communication style.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
