Workday Certified Time Tracking Consultant

About the role

The Workday Certified Time Tracking Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and testing of Workday Time Tracking solutions for clients across Australia. This remote position supports deployment teams, mentors junior consultants, and contributes to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Payroll solutions, and develop prototype systems.
• Assist with data conversion, integration testing, and support the integration consulting team on third‑party connections.
• Mentor new consultants, provide knowledge transfer, and act as a professional role model.
• Produce regular status reports, identify project risks, and suggest innovative deployment approaches.

Required profile

• Current Workday Time Tracking certification and at least 4 years of configuring Payroll/Time Tracking solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with prior consulting experience in a software or services firm.
• Proven project management and business analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple HCM/Payroll projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate
