Senior Manager – Organisation Design & Implementation Service Owner

About the role

ANZ is seeking a senior leader to drive its 2030 strategy by simplifying and scaling workforce transformation. The role will lead the evolution of the Organisation Design & Implementation (OD&I) service model, integrating service design, process improvement, data governance, automation and change.

Key responsibilities

• Design, uplift and optimise the end‑to‑end OD&I service model across design, implementation, post‑go‑live activity and workforce governance.
• Own and prioritise the OD&I process and optimisation backlog, aligning work with enterprise and divisional priorities.
• Strengthen data governance, process controls and reporting to ensure consistent, safe delivery of workforce change.
• Identify and embed opportunities for simplification, automation and digital/AI‑enabled experimentation.
• Lead the evolution of business‑led restructuring support, ensuring tools, templates and governance are fit for purpose.
• Oversee updates to career support services, exit tracking, capacity management and employee support obligations.
• Build capability across OD&I by simplifying adoption of new processes, data and governance changes.
• Lead, coach and develop a specialist team covering process, data, service optimisation, communications and change enablement.

Required profile

• Deep experience in workforce transformation, organisation design, implementation or complex enterprise change.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end workforce change lifecycle, including business engagement, data capture, implementation planning and post‑go‑live controls.
• Proven ability to lead service optimisation or process improvement in a regulated, large‑scale environment.
• Experience designing tools, templates, playbooks and governance routines that improve consistency and reduce rework.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and specialist partners to manage dependencies and influence outcomes.
• People leadership experience with a focus on coaching, capability building and inclusive, sustainable ways of working.
