A long-established, award-winning Canberra law firm is seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience. The role suits someone strong on the technical side but even stronger with people, in a laid-back, family-style culture where hierarchy takes a back seat. Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to build trust and deliver thoughtful estate planning solutions
• Draft both simple and complex documents with precision
• Collaborate with experienced Senior Associates
• Manage deadlines and compliance, and keep files in excellent shape
• Contribute to the firm's growth through seminars, networking and client education

Required profile

• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and initiative
• Ability to juggle competing priorities
• Positive, team-minded approach
