Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations at Mapei's state‑of‑the‑art Brisbane facility. This hands‑on position requires coordinating a team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety compliance while supporting the broader manufacturing and R&D activities.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor daily tasks for warehouse staff to meet safety, timeliness and efficiency targets.
• Support recruitment, training, rostering and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate shipments, resolve issues and sustain positive relationships.
• Lead stock‑take, cycle counts and inventory control activities, ensuring accurate records.
• Complete all administrative duties, including daily safety checks and discrepancy investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Solid understanding of goods receiving, inventory systems and stock control principles.
• Possession of a valid forklift ticket/license.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and WHS legislation.
