About the role
The Warehouse Operator role at Fulfillio is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Altona, VIC. You will be responsible for receiving, unloading, storing inventory and ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unload and store inventory following established procedures.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain clean and organised warehouse areas and conduct visual checks to prevent damage.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Required profile
- Valid visa with full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work on‑site.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, teamwork and ability to meet daily targets.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (LO & LF licences preferred).
- Basic computer or RF scanner usage.
