VP of Finance & Corporate Development

About the role

The VP of Finance & Corporate Development will shape Linktree’s financial strategy and build operational excellence across the finance function. Reporting to the COO, this senior leader partners with the CEO, COO and executive team to drive disciplined investment, sustainable growth and sound decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Drive long‑range financial modeling, annual operating plans and rolling forecasts, translating strategy into clear financial targets.
• Lead company‑wide FP&A, budgeting, variance analysis and KPI reporting while partnering with product, engineering, marketing and other functions.
• Oversee FinOps functions—including accounting, tax, treasury, payroll and AR/AP—to ensure accuracy, compliance and scalability.
• Own liquidity planning, cash‑flow forecasting and capital management.
• Identify, evaluate and execute strategic investments, partnerships and acquisition opportunities, leading diligence, valuation and integration.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably with early‑career exposure to investment banking, VC or PE and senior strategic finance roles in high‑growth SaaS or consumer internet companies.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing global finance team and build strong cross‑functional partnerships.
• Executive presence combined with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with modern FP&A, ERP and BI systems such as NetSuite, Looker (Hex) and Ramp.
